​Warranty

All of Kowa’s instruments have been designed to handle day to day operation within your Ophthalmic environment and for peace of mind come with warranty and servicing options. Please contact your Sense Medical team for further warranty options.

Installation & training

Your new Kowa instrument will be installed and connected (PC, Printer, and/or other instruments) by your Sense Medical service engineer*. They will then demonstrate to your user how to operate your instrument and get the most from it.

*If the system is networked, Sense Medical is responsible only for the set-up and installation of equipment purchased from Sense Medical Ltd.
